Mr. Lim joined SingTel in October 1998 as Chief Executive (Fixed Line Services). He was appointed Executive Vice President (Strategic Investments) in February 2006, and assumed the position of CEO International Business in October 2006. He is responsible for SingTel's regional associates and supports the growth objectives of SingTel's business groups through strategic investments in the region.
Mr. Lim has held various senior appointments including Executive Vice President (Consumer Business) and Executive Vice President (Corporate Business) and was the CEO of SingTel Mobile between April 2004 and February 2006. |

Sanjay Kapoor

Mr. Sanjay was appointed as Joint President Mobility of Bharti Tele-Ventures Ltd in March 2006. He joined the Bharti group in 1998 and has since held a number of senior management positions across the Mobility arena.
Mr. Sanjay has vast experience in the telecommunications industry and has played an active role in various industry forums such as COAI (Cellular Operator Association of India), CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) and NASSCOM (National Association of Software & Service Companies). Prior to joining Bharti, he was President & CEO, TeleTech Services (India) and Director of Operations Support, Xerox India. |

Vikrom Sriprataks
Chief Executive Officer, AIS
Throughout 1990-1995, Mr. Sriprataks served AIS in several capacities; commencing as Engineering manager, he was sequentially appointed General Manager, and later, Executive Vice President.
In March 1995, he transferred to Shinawatra International plc., where he represented Shin Corp as the Chairman of Fascel Company Limited, a leading cellular GSM company incorporated under the Shin Corp umbrella in India. In October 1998, he returned to head AIS in its nationwide network expansion program as Senior Executive Vice President of Engineering. In April 2002, he shouldered more responsibilities in AIS as a Chief Network Operations Officer and was appointed as Chief Technology Officer from 2003 until June 2007, thence holding the CEO position from July 2007 till present.
Mr. Vikrom Sriprataks received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University in 1976. He also obtained an MBA degree at Thammasat University, graduating in 1994. |

Chief Executive Officer, Hong Kong CSL
Mr. Tarek Robbiati has commenced his role as the Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong CSL Ltd. as of July 2, 2007.
Mr. Robbiati has 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry as a strategy consultant with Accenture, and as senior equity research analyst with Lehman Brothers in London, in the team that was ranked number one for three consecutive years from 2001 to 2003. More recently, he was Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance at Orange PCS in London, and Director of Strategic Marketing at Atradius NV, the world's second-largest credit insurer.
For the last two years, he has been Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Telstra in Australia. In this role, Mr. Robbiati helped the CEO, CFO, and COO of Telstra articulate and manage a complex AU$14bn, 5-year transformation program for Telstra, and structure T3, the AU$16bn offering in Telstra shares by the Commonwealth of Australia. |

As Chief Executive Officer of Maxis Communications Berhad ("Maxis"), Mr. Sandip Das leads the Maxis Group's operations in Malaysia, India and Indonesia, collectively serving over 14 million customers and leading a 5,000-strong regional work-force. He is a Director on the boards of Maxis and Aircel. Internationally, he serves on the Global GSM Development Fund Board.
Prior to joining Maxis in January 2007, he led Hutchison Essar Telecom ("Hutch") as Deputy Managing Director and Board Director. His 12-year tenure at Hutch reflected the company's growth from a start-up in 1994 to becoming one of India's largest mobile operators, with over 23 million subscribers by end-2006. He was also voted "CEO of the Year" by Mid Day Publications for his leadership at Hutch. |

Shin-Bae Kim

Mr. Shin-Bae Kim, SK Telecom's President, CEO & CGO (Chief Growth Officer), has led the company to excel in Korea's highly competitive mobile market and position itself as one of the most innovative mobile carriers in the world. Through creative marketing programs and innovative services, he led the company to a record KRW 10.6 trillion in revenue in 2006, and raised the company's number of subscribers to over 20 million.
In 1995, Mr. Kim began his career at SK Telecom as the head of the Business Strategy Office where he was responsible for the launch and commercialization of CDMA in Korea. Since becoming President of SK Telecom in 2004, he has focused on finding the new growth engines to secure the company's future.
He holds a bachelor of science in Industrial Engineering from Seoul National University, and a master of science in the same field from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He has also completed an MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |
