Customers of Bridge Alliance member operators can visit any of our designated Bridge Concierge counters across the alliance network and receive on-site assistance for lost phones, SIM card replacement, roaming service enquiries and more.
What are the benefits of Bridge Concierge?
With an extensive network of Bridge Concierge counters located all over Asia Pacific, help is never too far should you have any problems with your phone or roaming services. The following support services are exclusive to customers of Bridge Alliance member operators, and available from any Bridge Concierge service counters:

What should I do if I lose my SIM card?
If you lose your phone or damage your SIM card while overseas, you can either call your home operator to request for a SIM card to be sent to you, OR visit a Bridge Concierge service counter for direct assistance.
Are all customers eligible for SIM card replacement?
Only postpaid subscribers are eligible for SIM card replacement. Please check with your respective home operator as the specific criteria may vary.

Do I enjoy any discounts on handset purchase?
Any promotions or discounts on handsets are offered at the discretion of respective local member operators and will vary from country to country; customers are advised to check with the customer service staff at the Bridge Concierge service counters.
Can handsets purchased at Bridge Concierge counters or authorized dealers support a foreign SIM card? What type of warranty is offered?
Most SIM cards are compatible with handsets purchased at authorized dealers or from member operators. Customers are advised to test the SIM card before making the handset purchase. Handsets purchased overseas are generally covered only under local warranty.
