Can I use my home prepaid account in all countries covered by Bridge Alliance?
Yes, as long as your home operator is a member of the Bridge Alliance, you can use your home prepaid account in any of the Bridge Alliance member networks. For specific service features, please check with your respective home operator.

How does Bridge Prepaid top-up work?
It’s easy. Just go up to any Bridge Prepaid top-up counter and inform the staff of your choice of the available top-up amount, then pay with cash or major credit cards. The top-up transaction should take no more than 1-2 minutes.

Upon successful top-up, you will receive a printed official receipt as well as a notification SMS (if the top-up is on behalf of a friend or family member, an SMS will also be sent to the recipient), with the following details:.

Transaction ID
Beneficiary mobile number
Home operator customer care contact number
Amount topped up in home currency
Amount topped up in local currency
Service fee (if any)
Value Added Tax (if any)

Note: Local service charges and value-added taxes may apply. Customers are also advised to ensure that they provide the correct mobile number for the top-up request. The top-up transaction cannot be reversed once it is processed.
