Daniel currently hold multiple leadership positions in HPE Growth and Emerging Markets (GEMs) sub-region, which includes Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and a sub-cluster of 12 Emerging countries. He serves as the Regional MD (acting) for the subregion, while simultaneously performing the role as Country MD for Philippines, and Regional General Manager for Hybrid IT business. In his MD positions, he is responsible for the overall profit and loss for all HPE business, including Hybrid IT, Aruba and Pointnext Services, while in his Hybrid IT role he is responsible for the P&L, sales and growth strategies of HPE Servers & Storage lines of business.

Daniel has over 20 years of solid professional experience at HPE, having previously held senior executive positions in Global Accounts, Mid-markets & SMB, Technology Consulting, Services Portfolio Management, Outsourcing Client Management and Direct & Channel Sales Management.

Daniel’s areas of expertise include system thinking, strategic planning, solution development, and all aspects of business development to help companies strengthen customer relationships and create new revenue streams across banking & finance, manufacturing and communications sectors.

Prior to his current appointment, Daniel was the Senior Director & GM for Mid-market & SMB business for Asia Pacific & Japan, where he turned around a declining business, developed innovative growth strategies with country sales and partner teams to acquire new customers and expand the base business. Prior to that, he led Global Accounts Inbound business where he delivered eight consecutive quarters of double digit growth and developed strong partnerships with some of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s largest and global customers across Asia Pacific and Japan markets. Daniel also served as the Regional Director and Head of Technology Consulting Sales in Asia Pacific & Japan where he was instrumental in doubling the Consulting business in China and developing APJ to be the largest and most profitable region.

Daniel has received his Executive MBA from Aalto University and Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electrical & Electronics) from the National University of Singapore.

Lalitha Biddulph

Lalitha is the Head of the Global Technology Infrastructure in the Asia Pacific region and the Senior Technology Officer for South Asia (1). She is a member of the Asia Pacific Technology Operating Committee and the Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) Leadership team.

Lalitha has more than twenty years of experience in IT infrastructure. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2015, she has held a number of senior positions at Telstra, including the CIO for Global Enterprise Services and Head of IT Infrastructure, supporting both internal and external customers.

Starting her career as a developer, Lalitha has held assignments in the US, Japan and Australia in American Express and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Rodrigo Caetano

Previously, Rodrigo developed a solid international career in the ICT/Telco industry in various positions over 20 years of experience. Rodrigo has an extensive educational background and he holds an Electrical Engineer and MBA degrees.

Henry Calvert

Henry joined the GSMA in December 2013, and will be responsible for the delivery of the Future Networks programme. A key programme of the GSMA’s strategic focus, to deliver industry scale for IP Communications and 5G, whilst considering Network Economic challenges for the Mobile industry as it transitions to a 5G Era.

Previously he worked for the SingTel Group and has over 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector, both in Networks and IT portfolios and has been involved in the deployment of mobile networks in over 10 operations across 10 different countries. Henry designed and built Optus’ 3G + LTE mobile network, all IP network and managed the product development transformation.  He was the creator and board member of the network sharing Joint Venture between SingTel Optus and Vodafone Networks Pty Ltd (Australia).

Henry has been a board member and Chair of the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association (AMTA) and previously held an Executive Management Committee position in the GSMA.

He lives in the English Lake District with his wife and two children prior to 15 years working across the southern hemisphere. He has a lifelong passion for coaching and supporting Rugby Union.

Dr. Changsoon Choi

Dr. Changsoon Choi is a senior director of SK Telecom, where he is leading technonlgy discovery team responsible for new ICT R&D area, 5G innovative services and start-up investment. Prior to current responsibility, he has been leading 5G commercialization and developing 5G end-to-end networks in SK Telecom for more than 5 years.

His industrial experience includes affiliations with the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), Japan, with Leibniz Institute Innovation for High Performance Microelectronics (IHP) GmbH, Germany, and with NTT DOCOMO communication laboratories Europe GmbH, Germany, where he worked on multi-gigabit wireless LAN/PAN systems and beyond LTE-Advanced systems, particularly, OFDM, multiple access, MIMO/beamforming techniques.

He received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, in 1999, 2001, and 2005, respectively. His doctoral dissertation concerned millimeter-wave wireless communication systems.

Mark Chong

Mr. Chong is the Singtel Group Chief Technology Officer. He was Singtel’s Chief Executive Officer, International, from January 2013 to March 2017.

He is the current Chairman of Bridge Alliance, Asia Pacific’s leading mobile alliance of 34 premier operators, serving over 800 million customers.

From Oct 2010 to January 2013, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Info Service Plc (AIS), the Group’s associate in Thailand.

He joined Singtel in 1997 and has held various executive positions in sales and marketing as well as being Executive Vice President of Networks. He had a previous assignment in Thailand from 1999 to 2000. Before Singtel, he was a member of the Singapore Administrative Service from 1990 to 1997.

Mark represented Singtel on the Boards of Globe Telecom, Bharti Infratel, OpenNet, CSLox(Thailand) and other submarine cable joint venture companies.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering and Master in Research in Electronic Systems from ENSERG, Grenoble, France, on a Singapore Government scholarship. He also obtained his Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. He is a senior fellow with the Singapore Computer Society.

Mr. Ernest Cu has served as Director since April 2009. He is also currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Globe Telecom, Inc. He joined Globe in October 2008 as Deputy CEO, and was officially appointed President and Chief Executive Officer on 2 April 2009. Since then, Mr. Cu has been passionately driving a sweeping transformation across the company, including modernising its network and IT infrastructure, creating a strong collaborative and service-oriented culture, and product innovations in its mobile business. Prior to Globe, Mr. Cu was President and CEO of SPi Technologies from 1997 to 2008. Lauding his pioneering spirit and drawing great highlight to his career then was a recognition from Ernst & Young in 2003 as the ICT Entrepreneur of the Year.

Mr. Cu has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University in Manila, and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Goh Seow Eng

Goh Seow Eng is Managing Director, Home at Singtel.  As MD of Home, Eng runs Singtel’s fiber broadband, video, power and fixed line businesses in Singapore. He leads the team that spearheads Singtel’s ambitions in the residential market, including the new OTT video platform CAST, smart homes and electricity retailing.  In addition, he manages all of Singtel’s consumer marketing communications, branding and customer lifecycle management.

Prior to joining Singtel in November 2010, Eng was CEO of the Entertainment Division of Tanjong PLC in Malaysia, where he ran the gaming and cinema businesses. Before that, he was the COO, Consumer Business at Astro, Tanjong’s sister company. Eng was a key contributor to Astro’s growth during his six years there. He played substantial roles in formulating and executing strategy, brand positioning and pricing and packaging of content services.  He had also previously worked at Citigroup Inc. in various regional and global positions based in London, Tokyo, Taipei, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.  In the early part of his career, Eng worked for several years in the United States primarily in the credit card and consumer lending sectors.  He started and ran a credit card company that eventually grew to become the sixth largest credit card issuer in the United States.

Eng is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s elite Management and Technology Dual-Degree Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics cum laude from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science) cum laude from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and also attended Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

William Hurley

As Chief Marketing Officer, Bill Hurley oversees the management of Syniverse’s portfolio of products and solutions, and leads the planning, development, and execution of Syniverse’s marketing, communications, and brand strategy. Mr. Hurley brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles at companies across the cloud, mobile, security, network and IT sectors.

Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of CenturyLink, where he helped drive the transformation of CenturyLink to an enterprise IT-services company that focuses on customer experience. Prior to that, Mr. Hurley was Chief Marketing Officer at Unify and helped grow the company’s integrated communication solutions and pivot to cloud, channel, and IT services. Mr. Hurley holds an MBA in finance from Fordham University and a B.S. in computer science from the State University of New York at Albany.

Rob Tiffany

Rob Tiffany is Vice President and Head of IoT Strategy at Ericsson where he drives strategy and execution at the intersection of 5G, Edge computing and the Internet of Things.

Yuen Kuan Moon

Mr Yuen Kuan Moon, 52, was appointed Chief Executive Officer, Consumer Singapore in June 2012. He leads the Singapore consumer business to deliver an integrated suite of mobile, broadband and TV services. Concurrently, Moon is responsible for driving the Group’s digital transformation as Group Chief Digital Officer, a role that was created to unlock digital growth opportunities in an era of disruption.

Since joining Singtel in February 1993, Moon has held several leadership roles in Marketing, Business Development and Sales, including VP of Regional Operations and EVP of Digital Consumer.
