The Bridge Alliance CXO Forum marks its 10th edition in 2026!
The Bridge Alliance CXO Forum is an annual invite-only C-suite event that brings together Bridge member operators (BMOs), partners and the most influential industry experts from the telecom and technology industries and their customers to address the most pressing issues and opportunities facing them. They will gather in Singapore for a day of bold ideas, exchanges and dialogue that will shape the agenda for the year ahead.
In 2026, the CXO Forum will address the theme “Activating Intelligence – The Telco Advantage”. As AI continues to emerge as the most transformative force shaping both business and everyday life, we will explore how telecom operators can capitalise on their unique ‘telco advantage’. How can telcos evolve from connectivity providers into the essential foundries where intelligence is forged, secured, and scaled? Hear from leading AI companies as they share the stage with our leadership!
Join us as we explore how AI will impact leadership, customer engagement, new business models and the future of work.

Agenda
COMMENCEMENT
As AI transitions from centralized clouds to the localized edge, Telcos are the only players capable of providing the secure, distributed infrastructure required for Sovereign AI. This session explores how operators can leverage their unique "Telco Advantage" to evolve from connectivity providers into the essential foundries where national intelligence is forged, secured, and scaled.
Telcos are facing an urgent governance challenge. This briefing introduces practical governance frameworks tailored to telco realities, covering decision rights, human oversight, risk thresholds, and organisational design, to help CXOs move from principles to practice in AI-operated environments.
As telcos embed AI into operations and services, leaders must navigate difficult trade-offs between speed and control, automation and accountability, efficiency and resilience. This panel examines the real decisions CXOs are making as AI moves into production, sharing lessons from what has worked, what has failed, and what must change as telcos transition to AI-operated models.
Telcos don’t have a “customer service problem”, they have a scale + complexity + trust problem: millions of interactions, diverse languages, regulated data, and high consequences when things go wrong. This keynote lays out a practical blueprint for building customer-facing assistants and agents that work in the real world: how to choose the right model mix (small vs large), design guardrails and escalation paths, integrate with OSS/BSS and knowledge bases, and operationalise evaluation so quality doesn’t drift after launch. The CXO takeaway: the architecture and governance choices that turn automation into measurable gains in NPS, resolution rates, and cost-to-serve, without sacrificing control of sensitive customer data.
CXO Challenge: Activating Intelligence: Where should Telcos draw the line?
A 20-minute CXO Challenge debating how far telcos should go in embedding AI-driven intelligence across customer engagement, operations, and decision-making. As “intelligent engagement” scales, the session probes a core tension: does AI strengthen customer relationships—or progressively remove the need for direct human and brand interaction? CXOs will challenge where decision authority should remain human, and where it can safely be automated. The discussion converges on one question: where should telcos deliberately draw the line between intelligence and control in an AI-native future?
Are We United Against Scams?
Fraud, spam, and malicious links have become a frontline threat to customer trust and a growing cost centre for enterprises in regulated sectors such as banking and fintech. Airtel will share how it built network-based fraud and spam defences that work in real time across calls, messages, and links, including malicious-domain blocking across common communication channels. The keynote explores how these protections can be productised into enterprise services, helping brands safeguard customer communications, reduce fraud exposure, and protect reputation while creating a new value pool around trust.
The Frictionless Paradox: When does AI Engagement destroy Brand Loyalty
Moderator:
As the definition of “good engagement” is becoming less clear, this panel brings together telco leaders, technology partners, and customers to examine what truly matters in engagement today — where intelligence improves outcomes, where simplicity is more valuable, and how trust is maintained across very different customer contexts, from consumers to enterprises and public services.
SESSION 3: ACTIVATING NEW TELCO BUSINESS MODELS
Beyond the Grid: The New Frontier of Enterprise IoT
Panellists:
In the era of "Activating Intelligence," the value of a Telco is no longer measured by the breadth of its coverage, but by the intelligence of its connectivity. As enterprises move toward autonomous operations, they require more than a signal; they require a network that thinks, adapts, and guarantees uptime across every square inch of the globe. This panel discusses how Telcos can leverage their unique structural advantages to capture the next wave of enterprise IoT value. By integrating Terrestrial 5G, Satellite (NTN), and AI-driven orchestration, Telcos are transitioning from passive infrastructure providers to essential intelligence partners.
The Global Gateway: Harmonising Networks to Win the Enterprise Cloud
Fragmented networks are a deterrent to global enterprises. To compete with hyperscalers, Telcos must act as a single, unified platform. This session deep-dives into the Bridge Alliance and GSMA Open Gateway momentum, showcasing how cross-border API harmonization allows Telcos to offer "Sovereign Intelligence." We discuss the business imperative: if Telcos don't expose their capabilities simply, AI and Cloud providers will build around them.
SESSION 4: AUTONOMY, NEW ROLES, AND THE FUTURE OF WORK
The Autonomous Core: Architecting the Self-Governing Telco
Panellists:
This session explores the ultimate endgame of digital transformation: the transition to a software-defined, zero-touch operating model where the convergence of NetOps and IT necessitates a radical organizational pivot. As closed-loop automation moves day-to-day execution from human intervention to intelligent orchestration, CIOs must navigate the architectural risks of delegating decision rights to AI. Leaders will discuss the accountability risks of orchestration and identify the essential human roles—focused on ethical oversight and strategic resilience—that must remain as the core of the autonomous organization. The discussion moves beyond efficiency clichés to address the hard truth: to achieve the "Telco Advantage," we must first redesign the human structures that govern it.
