Mr. Chong is the Singtel Group Chief Technology Officer. He was Singtel’s Chief Executive Officer, International, from January 2013 to March 2017.

He is the current Chairman of Bridge Alliance, Asia Pacific’s leading mobile alliance of 34 premier operators, serving close to 900 million customers.

From Oct 2010 to January 2013, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Info Service Plc (AIS), the Group’s associate in Thailand.

He joined Singtel in 1997 and has held various executive positions in sales and marketing as well as being Executive Vice President of Networks. He had a previous assignment in Thailand from 1999 to 2000. Before Singtel, he was a member of the Singapore Administrative Service from 1990 to 1997.

Mark represented Singtel on the Boards of Globe Telecom, Bharti Infratel, OpenNet, CSLox(Thailand) and other submarine cable joint venture companies.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering and Master in Research in Electronic Systems from ENSERG, Grenoble, France, on a Singapore Government scholarship. He also obtained his Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. He is a senior fellow with the Singapore Computer Society.

Kelly Bayer Rosmarin commenced as CEO of Optus and Consumer Australia on 1 April 2020.

A respected senior executive, Kelly joined Optus as Deputy CEO on 1 March 2019 following a variety of executive roles including Group Executive, Institutional Banking and Markets at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Raised in South Africa, Kelly earned a scholarship at the prestigious Stanford University in the United States where she attained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Management Science, with an Academic Excellence Award for being the top Masters graduate.

Her career began in Silicon Valley with exposure to start-up and established software companies which developed her business acumen across a variety of disciplines including product development, business development, marketing, M&A and strategy.

Following a stint as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, Kelly joined Commonwealth Bank in 2004 and held a variety of senior roles across the Institutional and Business Banking divisions, before being appointed to the Bank’s Executive in December 2013.

Kelly was named amongst the Top 25 Women in Asia Pacific Finance, the Top 10 Businesswomen in Australia, and 50 Most Powerful Women in Australian Business. She is also a Fellow of Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering (ATSE).

Kelly is currently a non-Executive Director of Airtel Africa plc, and REA Group and a member of Chief Executive Women. Kelly was previously a board member of Openpay, JCA, the Football Federation of Australia (FFA) and served on the University of New South Wales Engineering Faculty Advisory Board, the Australian Government’s FinTech Advisory Group and NSW Government Digital Advisory Panel.

Kelly lives in Sydney with her husband and two children.

Jasmeet Sethi is a Senior Advisor, Global Consumer Insights team within Ericsson ConsumerLab based in Sweden. His current focus is on introducing new approaches of bringing the voice of the consumers to decision makers in product development, marketing and sales functions by integrating new methodologies to understand true consumer experience in the ICT industry. Previously he was the Regional Head of Insights for Ericsson ConsumerLab, and was responsible for driving and managing consumer insights function based out of India.

Jasmeet has over a decade of experience across wide variety of industries including telecom, technology, media and financial services where he has worked on a very wide range of insight, strategy and brand development projects. He has travelled extensively in pursuit to study consumer culture and behavior and is a frequent speaker at international industry conferences.

Matt Williams is Managing Director, Marketing and Revenue. He joined Optus in April 2019 and leads the core products that serve Optus’s consumer customers. 

A highly experienced executive with over 20 years’ experience in telecoms and technology in markets around the world. Matt joined Optus from Vodafone where he was part of the global leadership team and held roles spanning strategy, marketing and commercial management.  He has led country business units in Vodafone operating companies, and held leadership roles in the Group’s global headquarters. He most recently led the Consumer Business for Vodafone in New Zealand, and prior to that was the Group Commercial Director leading marketing, product and commercial initiatives across the world-wide business. Earlier in his career Matt worked in strategy consulting and investment banking. Matt has also held a number of board director roles. 

Matt has lived and worked in cities around the world. He has an MBA with Distinction from London Business School, where he also led the Student Association and was a member of the school’s Governing Board. Earlier, Matt completed a Master of Arts with First Class Honours at the University of Auckland.

Matt is passionate about the essential role that digital connectivity plays in our modern lives, and is focused on delivering great customer experiences and digital innovation. 

Matt has recently moved to Sydney with his wife, Lucy, and three children.

Anna Yip was appointed CEO, Consumer Singapore on 1 April 2021. She leads the consumer business in Singapore and is positioning it to become a leading digital services provider as 5G goes mainstream. She joined Singtel as Deputy CEO, Consumer Singapore on 7 December 2020.    

Before joining Singtel, Anna was the CEO and Executive Director of Smartone Telecommunications, driving its operations in Hong Kong and Macau since 2016. Under her leadership, Smartone was named Best Mobile Carrier by the Communication Association of Hong Kong in 2019.

Prior to Smartone, Anna headed up Mastercard’s operations in Hong Kong and Macau. She was previously a partner with McKinsey & Company in Greater China where she led both the Financial Institutional Group and payments practice.

Anna was appointed to the Board of Commissioners of Telkomsel on 1 June 2021. She also sits on the Board of Advisors of Singapore Management University’s Institute of Service Excellence and is an independent non-executive Director of BUPA (Asia) Limited. She is also a Court member of the Open University of Hong Kong.

Anna holds a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Philosophy in Management Studies from Oxford University and a First Class Honours degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Geok Chwee is the Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Alliance. Bridge Alliance is an alliance of 34 premier telecommunication service providers covering Asia, Middle East and Africa. She oversees the strategy and operation of Bridge Alliance, delivering regional initiatives that enable Bridge Alliance telco members to collaborate as close partners, delivering cross border solutions for Multi-national corporations, serving more than 900 million mobile subscribers.

With more than 20 years of experience in the info-communications industry, Geok Chwee has extensive experience in managing the incubation, development and launch of new technologies and businesses in the enterprise sector. She championed the incubation of emerging growth businesses focusing on Platform-as-a-Service, Internet of Things, and Big Data analytics, with responsibilities spanning business development, product development, product management and product marketing.

Alan Boehme is the Chief Technology Officer of H&M Group, where he is responsible for strengthening the company’s innovation and digitalization efforts and enhancing the shopping experience for customers to H&M Group’s global family of brands. Alan is an experienced digital transformation leader with nearly 30 years of experience innovating enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and cloud technologies. Prior to H&M Group, Alan served as the Global CTO, VP of IT Services & VP IT Innovation at Procter & Gamble, and previously held numerous senior leadership positions in information and innovation at Coca Cola, including his role as Global CTO.

Earlier in his career, Alan served as VP & Head of IT Strategy & Architecture at ING and as chief information officer for several companies in the software and energy sectors, including Juniper Networks, Sage Software and GE Power-Systems. In these roles, Alan has transformed global businesses through IT and technology, improving customer services and business processes.

Alan serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Cloud Security Alliance. In addition, he is a corporate advisor to several enterprise cloud and artificial intelligence companies, including Nutanix, Velo Cloud, Latent Ai, and Vectra Ai.

Julian is the Head of Asia Pacific for the GSMA, leading a highly experienced cross-functional team to advance the impact, growth, and sustainability of digital economies by collaboration between the mobile industry, policymakers, and ecosystem. He is a global telecommunications executive with over 20 years of commercial and marketing experience across Wholesale, Business, Regulatory, Policy and Digital Transformation. He has pioneered new digital partnerships and business units in mature and emerging markets across Africa, Europe, Australia and Asia with industry leaders including Vodafone, MTN and Ooredoo. As an advisor to management executive teams and Boards, he has extensive insight and relationships to support collaboration and delivery of industry alignment.

He has been recognized for his leadership in digital innovation, digital women, health and agriculture services with industry awards and grants.

Yotsaya leads Telecom Product Development on strategic planning and operational activities, focusing on creating and implementing innovation services for Telco, International Service and SIM& Numbering  such as 5G Service : 5G NSA & SA (Domestic & Roaming), VR,  AR, Cloud Gaming,  Next G, Robot, Digital ID ( NDID & MNID), WiFi 6.0, VoLTE, VoWiFi, VoNR, etc. 

Prior to her existing position, Yotsaya served in management level of product development , marketing, planning, communication,  mPAY, Phone One Mobile, ITV Broadcasting and pioneer of 1-2-Call!.

Her experience spans various products and marketing, focusing on future-proofing product through digital transformation service and lead innovation service for mass consumer, digital ID  and the mobile financing sector.

Yotsaya holds a MS in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, USA and a BA in Public Administration Program from Kasetsart University, Thailand.

Ken is the Senior Vice President of Alliance Partnership and Innovation at Bridge Alliance, an alliance of 34 premier telecommunication service providers covering Asia, Middle East and Africa. He is responsible for managing the alliance’s global partnerships, expanding the footprint and driving collaborations in the digital innovation space, including the Federated Edge and Insights-As-A-Service initiative.

Over the last decade, Ken expanded the alliance’s network of global strategic partners with collective operations in more than 100 countries, growing the number of alliance members from 12 to 34. He was also part of the core team behind Bridge Alliance’s IoT Shared Platform.

With more than thirty years of experience in the telecommunications space, Ken has worked in leadership roles across business development, sales operations, project management, in Dilithium Networks, Glenayre Electronics and Singtel.  

Ken graduated from City, University of London in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics Engineering.

Darius joined Globe Telecom in January of 2003 and has been with Globe for 18 years.

He started his career in Globe as a Financial Auditor under the Internal Audit team. Since then, he has held several key positions in various teams such as the Office of the Strategy Management, BSS Transformation, and Small & Medium Business Group and has been the Head of the Consumer Broadband Business in 2021.

Darius now leads the Consumer Mobile Business Group at Globe, responsible for managing and  growing five mobile brands.

Peng Jin is a co-founder of Nreal, a global leader in consumer AR glasses, and is serving as the Chief Growth Officer. His team is responsible for having launched Nreal Light and Nreal Air in five countries. Prior to co-founding Nreal, Peng focused on venture investments and incubated several high-tech companies in China and in the US.
