Bridge Alliance, the leading Asia Pacific mobile alliance, announced today Vietnam Mobile Telecom Services Company (MobiFone) as their newest member. MobiFone is one of Vietnam’s largest mobile operators with great attention to quality of service and customer experience.

With MobiFone joining the Alliance as its twelfth member, the group combined customer base will now exceed 470 million mobile subscribers, reinforcing its position as the largest regional mobile partnership.

Founded in 1993, Vietnam Mobile Telecom Services Company (VMS) which operates their mobile business under the brand MobiFone, is Vietnam’s first telecommunications service provider to offer GSM 900/1800 services. Voted as Vietnam’s “Favourite Operator” for 6 consecutive years since 2005, MobiFone has a high value and fast growing mobile subscriber-base of more than 35 million subscribers.
