In particular, mobile communications, cloud technology and artificial intelligence (AI) has greatly eased the processes of implementing business continuity plans (BCPs), flexible work arrangements, and disseminating updates.
According to Computer Weekly, the coronavirus is already changing how and where people work, and 5G will add to the options we have for telecommuting, forcing companies to rethink how aggressively to promote telecommuting and how we provision remote workers to slow the advance of pandemic threats.
