Joseph Choo is the Director of Human Resources & Administration at Bridge Alliance. He is responsible for the overall Human Resources Policy and implementation, which include sourcing & attracting talents with the right skillsets for Bridge, developing talents through training, career development and succession planning, benchmarking salaries to ensure Bridge’s compensation stay competitive and equitable, designing and managing the performance management system to attract, retain and reward staff, promoting an engaged work team culture and working with the Board on Senior Management appointments and bonus policy.
Joseph has more than 30 years of work experience in several management functions such as Human Resources, Organisation Development, Corporate Planning and Strategic Management in various industries.
Joseph graduated with a silver medal in the National University of Singapore Bachelor of Science (Honours) program and has a MBA from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
